Calendar - Voice Commands

The Virtual Assistant enables you to access and manage your appointments and meetings by phone using speech commands. You can check your existing appointments and meetings, and schedule new ones with your contacts and colleagues. The Virtual Assistant reads your calendar information using Text-to-Speech (TTS) technology.

IMPORTANT: You can subscribe to the calendar voice access feature only if you use Google Apps, Google Gmail or Microsoft Exchange Mail (Outlook Web App). These are the only known mail servers that can make user calendars accessible remotely to your Virtual Assistant. See Setup a new mail access connection in the Web Portal help for details.

The following options are available at the main menu level immediately after login:

Other options are also available from the calendar level (next, previous, replay, etc.). See Commands while listening to calendar events for further options.
